To sustain a robust and diverse workforce, people must be aligned in understanding how things like bias, race, gender, intersectionality, and history influence how we show up in the workplace.
I am trained in nonviolent communication and restorative justice facilitation to support organizations in managing conflict and organizational change.

EQUITY 101
This series challenges leaders and employees to think critically about the ways our identities, beliefs, and values show up in the workplace. This training is designed to help people unpack the ways we show up for others and for ourselves, and how we can co-create a values aligned organizational culture.
HEAD OF THE TABLE
This dinner series is a space for leaders to unpack what leadership means - who are you as a leader? What does it mean to lead others? Series and conversation will focus on specific topics and provide a forum for people to discuss, be vulnerable, and gain critical skills to help them be successful in their work.
ROOTED IN CHANGE
This curriculum is an action-oriented training where participants explore what it means to change systems. Participants will practice and understand systems thinking and apply these skills in real world contexts.
RESTORATIVE DIALOGUE
This is a space cultivated with your organization to address ongoing issues, concerns, or conflict. I will support facilitation through a lens of restorative justice to help employees or leaders move through impact and harm.
