Coaching

I offer coaching in a number of topics in which I have shared lived experience. I believe that good coaching comes from a lens of deep understanding - I have to understand not just the technical aspect of the job, but also the emotional, intellectual, and systemic aspects of the work.

My coaching supports executives, directors, managers, and emerging leaders who want to lead with greater clarity, authenticity, and impact. Together, we explore not only what leaders do, but how they show up; in relationships, decision-making, organizational culture, and systems change efforts.

My Approach

We are all system changers.

I believe leadership begins with self-awareness and expands through relationships, systems, and action. My coaching integrates personal reflection, practical leadership tools, and systems thinking to help leaders align their values with their leadership practice.

Leadership development and growth is a process of building the courage, humility, and skills necessary to lead people through meaningful change, and to stand up when no one else will.

My background in mental health and therapy allow me to practice from a lens of empathy and curiosity. I use a strengths-based and person-centered model to ensure that our conversations, solutions, and practices are designed around who you are and what your goals and needs are.
